This plant is used in medicinal and therapeutic cases and is considered as an important cover plant in these areas. The germination of this plant is poor and environmental factors such as drought also have a negative effect on its spread. Therefore, an experiment was conducted with the aim of the effect of osmotic potential and seed priming on some germination characteristics of this plant in a factorial form in a completely randomized design with three replications in 2019. Experimental treatments included four levels of osmotic potential (0, -1, -2 and -3 bar) and eight seed priming treatments including hydropriming, non-priming, priming with gibberellin (200 and 400 ppm), salicylic acid (200 and 400 ppm) and potassium nitrate (200 and 400 ppm). The results showed that seed priming improved root length, shoot length, and germination percentage characteristics. Decreased osmotic potential reduced root length, shoot length and germination percentage. Decreased osmotic potential caused a decrease in seedling length, germination percentage and speed and seed vigor of wind cheese. Priming with gibberellin 200 ppm was the best priming treatment and increased seedling length, germination percentage and speed and seed vigor. In general, priming treatment with gibberellin 200 ppm can be recommended to improve germination traits in this plant.}, keywords = {Seed vigor,germination percentage,gibberellin,Drought stress}, title_fa = {اثر سطوح مختلف پتانسیل اسمزی و پرایمینگ بذر بر برخی خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی گیاه پنیر باد (Withania coagulans)}, abstract_fa = {گیاه پنیر باد یکی از گیاهان مهم دارویی در مناطق بلوچستان می باشد که در کشورهای هند، پاکستان و افعانستان نیز گسترش دارد. از این گیاه در موارد دارویی و درمانی استفاده می شود و به عنوان یک گیاه پوششی مهم نیز در این مناطق محسوب می گردد. این گیاه جوانه زنی ضعیفی داشته و برخی عوامل محیطی مانند خشکی نیز بر گسترش آن تاثیر منفی دارند. لذا این آزمایش با هدف بررسی اثر پتانسیل اسمزی و پرایمینگ بذر بر برخی خصوصیات جوانه زنی این گیاه، به صورت فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال 1398 اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل چهار سطح پتانسیل اسمزی (آب مقطر، 1-، 2- و -3 بار) و هشت تیمار پرایمینگ بذر شامل: هیدروپرایمینگ، عدم پرایمینگ، پرایمینگ با جیبرلین (200 و 400 ppm)، سالیسیلیک اسید (200 و 400 ppm) و نیترات پتاسیم (200 و 400 ppm) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که پرایمینگ بذر سبب بهبود خصوصیات طول ریشه چه، طول ساقه چه و درصد جوانه زنی گردید. کاهش پتانسیل اسمزی سبب کاهش میزان طول ریشه چه، ساقه چه و درصد جوانه زنی شد. همچنین کاهش پتانسیل اسمزی سبب کاهش میزان طول گیاهچه، درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی و بنیه بذر گیاه پنیر باد گردید. پرایمینگ با جیبرلین 200  ppm بهترین تیمار پرایمینگ بود و سبب افزایش طول گیاهچه، درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی، بنیه بذر و درصد نشاهای نرمال گردید. به طور کلی می توان تیمار پرایمینگ با جیبرلین 200 ppm را برای بهبود صفات جوانه زنی در این گیاه توصیه نمود.}, keywords_fa = {بنیه بذر,درصد جوانه زنی,جیبرلین,خشکی}, url = {https://jwr.uok.ac.ir/article_62317.html}, eprint = {https://jwr.uok.ac.ir/article_62317_352d57b0cd17f04a79bccc384ee5e53f.pdf} }
