بهبود صفات و شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی سه اکوتیپ مرزه (.Satureja hortensis L) با پرایمینگ بذر

چکیده

توانایی جوانه­زنی بذر مرحله مهمی برای استقرار مناسب می­باشد. پرایمینگ بذر شامل روش­های بسیار ساده ای است که می­تواند در بهبود جوانه­زنی بذر و استقرار گیاهچه موثر باشد مرزه گیاه معطری است که در صنایع غذایی و داروسازی استفاده می­شود. برای ارزیابی تاثیر پرایمینگ بر جوانه­زنی سه اکوتیپ خوزستانی، اصفهانی و اردستانی مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل 4 غلظت نیترات­پتاسیم (ppm 200, 100, 50,  0) و 3 زمان پرایمینگ (0، 24 و 48 ساعت) بود. نتایج نشان داد که در دو اکوتیپ اردستانی و خوزستانی مرزه اکثر پارامتر­های جوانه­زنی در غلظت ppm 200 نیترات­پتاسیم و زمان 48 ساعت کاهش یافتند در حالیکه 24 ساعت پس از تیمار با غلظت ppm 100 نیترات­پتاسیم اغلب پارامترهای جوانه­زنی اکوتیپ اصفهانی کاهش نشان دادند. بر اساس نتایج مشاهده شده بهترین و موثرترین تیمار نیترات­پتاسیم در تحریک جوانه­زنی هر اکوتیپ متفاوت بود. بطورکلی بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش، غلظت پایین نیترات­ پتاسیم پارامتر­های جوانه­زنی و استقرار گیاهچه را بهبود بخشید اما غلظت بالا صفات مورد مطالعه را کاهش داد.

چکیده [English]

Seed germination ability is an essential step for optimum stand establishment. Seed priming includes very simple methods that could improve seed germination and establishment of the seedling. Satureja hortenssis L. is an aromatic plant used in the food and pharmaceutical industry. To evaluate the effect of priming on germination of Khuzestan, Isfahan, and Ardestan ecotypes of Satureja hortensis L, a factorial experiment on the base of a completely randomized design was conducted with three replications. Factors are four concentration levels (0, 50, 100, and 200 ppm) of KNO3 and three priming time levels (0, 24, 48 hours). Results showed that germination parameters reduced at 200 ppm of KNO3 and 48 h in the Khuzestan and Ardestan ecotypes, but for the Isfahan ecotype, 24h after treatment with 100 ppm KNO3 most germination parameters were reduced. According to the observed results, the best and most effective treatment for stimulation of germination is different for each ecotype. In conclusion, these results showed that the low concentration of KNO3 increased germination and seedling parameters, but the high concentration decreased studied traits.
